Mr Rajput wouldn't answer NDTV's questions on the issue.
Previous clergyman and Congress MLA Jeetu Patwari raised the issue in the state gathering on Wednesday, during the discussion on the no-certainty movement against the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government.
